Discover the safety rules, the different accessories and effects, manage the intensity of suffocation… We will explore the psychological and physical impact of breathing exercises:
- Hand
- Rope/cords
- Plastic bag
- Pressure points.
After a presentation and explanation, we will move on to practical exercises with volunteers… Cheeks will be red!
The workshop should begin around 4:30 pm (depending on the games in progress).
