General terms and conditions of sale
ARTICLE 1: Purpose
These "general terms of use" are intended to provide the legal framework for the provision of Kinky Club (the "Site") and their use by the "User".
The general terms of use must be accepted by any User wishing to access the Site. They constitute the contract between the Site and the User. Accessing the Site by the User signifies their acceptance of these general terms of use.
Kinky Club reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these general terms of use at any time.
The Site offers an online entertainment service that contains depictions and descriptions of explicit sexual activity.

Non-member users do not have access to services reserved for members. To access these services, they must log in using their username and password.
The Site uses all available means to ensure quality access to its services. As this is an obligation of means, the Site does not guarantee this result.
Kinky Club is not liable for any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the network or server.
Access to the Site's services may be interrupted, suspended, or modified at any time without prior notice for maintenance or any other reason. The User agrees not to claim any compensation following any interruption, suspension, or modification of this agreement.

The Site cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable actions of a third party.

The site reserves the right to modify the clauses stipulated in this contract at any time.
ARTICLE 10: Duration
This contract is for an indefinite term. The contract takes effect with respect to the User upon use of the service.
ARTICLE 11: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by French law.
