The program includes:
– The different types of flogging
– Practice and posture
– Holding the whip, choosing the right force and movement
– ​​Practicing with a snake whip, cat-o'-nine-tails, and a single-tail whip

Prerequisites:
The workshop is intended for beginner students and those more experienced who want to discover Boris Mosafir's approach.

Equipment:
– Equipment available for loan on site
– You are free to bring your own equipment
– ​​Whips made by Boris Mosafir will be for sale on site (80 to 180€)

Price: €50/couple or single person.
If you come as a couple, make sure you are accompanied by a trusted partner who consents to impact games.
